Italia: l’Ischia Film Festival
L’Ischia
Film Festival è l’unico concorso cinematografico dedicato alle location
nell’opera audiovisiva. Grazie a questa particolare tematica ha costituito in
questi anni il fulcro di attenzione, analisi e raccolta di case histories sul
fenomeno del cineturismo. Un centro studi costituito da illustri docenti universitari ed
esperti del settore, da anni analizza le problematiche di questo fenomeno e le
possibilità di potenziamento e sviluppo.
L’ideatore
del progetto Michelangelo Messina, precursore del fenomeno in Italia, sin dal
2003 ha introdotto in Italia questo nuovo strumento turistico-culturale che
vede il cinema come strumento capace di influenzare la scelta di una meta
turistica, introducendo il neologismo Cineturismo oggi utilizzato per definire
l’interessante nicchia di mercato turistico che punta alla promozione dei
luoghi attraverso quel potente mezzo di comunicazione che è il cinema.
Dal 30 Giugno al 7 Luglio 2012 nella splendida Isola d’Ischia
si svolgerà la decima edizione di questo originale festival che al suo interno
prevede una tre giorni di convegni e mercato dedicato alle location cinematografiche.

The Ischia Film Festival is the only film competition dedicated to the audiovisual work location.
